Pre-session Checklist
To provide the most effective treatment, we start with photos to analyze your alignment and track progress over time. In the first session, we will also do some functional test exercises to better see any quirks in alignment.

Please set up your phone on a counter somewhere and take these 4 photos before your first session! These photos are used to accurately analyze alignment and also help track progress over time.

Posture
Relax, close your eyes and take a few steps in place.
Please do not try to stand up straight! The goal is to capture your natural resting posture.Dress
No shoes!
Goal is to see posture and curvature of spine - Please wear shorts and a tight-fitting or no top, Long hair tied up. Need to see spine curve.
Phone/Camera Setup
clearly capture head-to-toe with camera set up at waist height, far enough away (~10ft)
It may be easiest to take a video, and then grab screenshots from it after
Lighting
Please make sure there is sufficient light coming from behind the camera. Placing the camera in front of a large window or bright light is best.
Please make sure there are no bright light sources (lamps, windows..) behind you in photo.
Privacy - We will use photos of your posture only for remote diagnosis, they are totally private and will never be shared for any purposes unless you note otherwise
