I’m Jeremy, an Egoscue-Certified Postural Therapist and Chek Institute Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach - passionate about helping you align your body-mind and maximize well-being.
For many years, I experienced complete debilitation from post concussion syndrome (PCS) and a herniated disc (back-pain). My approach is deeply educated by my own healing experience and 8000+ hours of meditation, giving me a unique perspective on how to bring the body back into alignment on a mental and physical level.
