I’m Jeremy Irons. I believe true healing starts with learning to listen.
I have spent years of my life trapped in relentless pain from post-concussion syndrome and a herniated disc. I read hundreds of books and talked to any specialist who seemed to offer a glimmer of hope. I doubled down on meditation because it was the only thing that had any lasting effect on my conditions. I’ve spent over 8,000 hours in meditation in the past several years and discovered that when we slow down and tune in, our bodies and minds give us everything we need to heal.
My work is built around three core pillars:
